Lanzhou Metro

Lanzhou metro system has Line 1 and Line 2 in operation. Lanzhou metro line 1 connects Chenguanying and Donggang. Line 2, put into service in 2023, runs between Dongfanghong Square and Yanbai Bridge. Both Mandarin and English are used to announce the stops.

According to the plan, Lanzhou metro will include 13 lines in total by 2035; of these, construction will soon commence on 3, line 4 and line 5.

Tram

Five tram lines are planned to be built in Lanzhou New District. Once completed, passengers can easily transfer between tram and subway, high speed train and city bus. Lanzhou tram lines will cover 90 miles (145 km) in total and 150 stations will be established. They will be put into service in the near future.
