Jinzhai Airport

Jinzhai airport is planned to be built in 2020, which is the first civil airport in Anhui Province to be built in the county.
 

It will be located in Dongzhaimen, Nanxi Town, Jinzhai County of Lu’an City in Anhui Province.
 

 Step 1: Fly to Xinqiao International Airport
Hefei Xinqiao International Airport is situated in Gaoliu Town, Jinkai District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, 31.8kilometers (20 miles) away from the center of Hefei city and 152 kilometers (94 miles) away from Jinzhai. It now operates both domestic and international flights to/from 63 cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Chengdu, Qingdao, Sanya, Xiamen, Xi’an, Hong Kong, Osaka, Bangkok, Seoul and Taipei…

 
 Step 2: Travel from Xianqiao Airport to Jinzhai

 1: By Train
After arriving at airport, take the airport shuttle bus line 3 and arrive at Hefei South Railway Station directly, which takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes and costs CNY 25.
 
The trains from Hefei South Railway Station to Jinzhai take about 40 – 50 minutes and operate from 15:31 to 20:20 with 12 trains each day. As for the ticket fare, CNY 154 is for the business class seat, CNY 82 for the first class seat and CNY 51 for the second class seat.

 
 2: By Intercity Bus
 A: Transfer at Hefei West Coach Station
Take the airport shuttle line 4 and get off at Shilimiao, then transfer to the city bus line 76 and arrive at Hefei West Coach Station directly, which takes 1 hour and 40 minutes and costs CNY 27.
 
The buses from Hefei West Coach Station to Jinzhai depart at 07:50, 09:20, 10:20, 11:10, 12:10, 13:10, 14:10, 15:10, 16:10, 17:10 and 18:00. The ticket fare is CNY 57 and travel time is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
 
 B: Transfer at Hefei Tourism Coach Station
Also, you can take airport shuttle bus line 2 and get off at Baihuajing, then walk about 130 meters (142 yards) to Baihuajing North. Take city bus line K10 from the stop to Hefei Railway Station, then walk about 575 meters (630 yards) to Hefei Tourism Coach Station. The whole journe takes 2 hours and costs CNY 27.
 
The buses from Hefei Tourism Coach Station to Jinzhai leave at 07:00, 08:20, 09:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30 and 17:30. The duration is around 2 hours and ticket fare is CNY 57.
 

 1: Tiantangzhai Scenic Area
Tiantangzhai Scenic Area is located in the southwest of Jinzhai County. It is also known as the “Multi Cloud Mountain” because of the fog all year round in the scenic area. The scenic area not only gathers many natural landscapes such as “strange peaks, waterfalls, forests, canyon, secluded pool”, but also contains rich historical culture and red culture. In the scenic area, you can take cableways, go rafting and play bonfires, as well as take part in more than 30 kinds of recreational activities, such as going fishing, experiencing tea ceremony and so on. Visitors can feel the enthusiasm and simplicity in Tiantangzhai Scenic Area. Presently, Tiantangzhai Scenic Area is a resort for leisure, vacation and sightseeing.
 
 2: Red Army Square
Red Army Square is located in the center of Jinzhai County. There are six major scenic spots, including The Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower, Jinzhai Revolutionary Museum, Red Army Martyrs Cemetery, Red Army Square, Hong Xuezhi General Monument and Jinzhai Red Army Memorial Hall. The scenic area is closely connected with the landscape, forming a red culture scenic spot with mountain characteristics and attracting nearly 500,000 tourists every year.
