Bag excess PEK-VIE-BRU
My bag will weigh about 28 kg when checking in at Beijing airport to Vienna to Brussels.
I know that is over the limit of 23 kgs.
Can I buy excess bagage before checking in, so I won't have an impossible discussion at the check in desk at the airport.
My flight is une 13th.
