Headquartered in Seoul, Asiana Airlines was incorporated on February 17, 1988. It is the second major airlines in South Korea, and has 67 planes, traveling to 14 domestic and 45 international cities by the end of June, 2003. baggage transfers

I will fly from weihai to Seoul(OZ 310) and from Seoul to Hongkong (CX 411) and from Hongkong to India (CX 631).
I need the information about my baggage transfers.I need to know that should I collect my baggage after arrival in Seoul before check in?Or the bagge will be automatically transferred to CX 411? Kindly clear my doubt

If you just stopover at Hong kong airport, you do not need to collect your luggage. But you'd better double confirm it airline staff when changing your boarding pass.

Urgent need to postpone ticket!

I'm now in Seoul. I need to postpone my returning ticket from Seol to Yangon which is for September 13, 2014 (Sat). I tried the phone number I got from the airways website 02-2669-8000 today, but it was not answered. Please, help me how I could postpone my ticket by phone. In fact, I have postponed once for this ticket.

The ticket can still be changed even it was changed once, but some charge is needed. If you can not get through the airline complany's phone try to call the airport for help. They may provide you a phone number available or other way to change it for you. Also, keep trying the the airline company's number, they may just busy or out of duty some time. Good luck.

Could you please give me the phone number of Asiana Airline. I could not reach them at all though I tried different numbers.

Or inform them, that the passport no. MA303310 holder, Zo Sang Liana needs to postpone his ticket from Sept. 13, 2014 to Nov. 19, 2014 (or any date before Nov. 22, 2014 for my visa valids untill Nov. 22, 2014).

Try this as well: 1588-8000. Or just go the airport and asking for the ticket changing service.

Lost luggage

I have been trying for 5 days to reach you regarding my daughters lost luggage. Please let me know the correct number I need to call for the asiana airlines in shanghai. It would be an international call. I am extremely frustrated as my daughter is. It has been extremely difficult to even speak to someone. She filled out a missing luggage report but shanghai never filed it, which is needed for her to obtain her luggage. Please help us!

where did your daughter lost her luggage?
this is the telephone number of Asiana Airline in Shanghai Putong airport: 86-21-6833-9600;
and this is the number for its office in Shanghai Hongqiao airport: 86-21-2235-1266/1267.

Please help me!! a man from the states got me a flight schedule with a booking number of 16092216 at asiana airlines which has a flight schedule on may 14.he got that ticket to my name Maria luisa kanbe.but i didnt receive any nail from the airlines..what will i do??

I suggest you' d better contact the airline to confirm it. There are two number and you can have a try: 1588-8000 / 02-2669-8000
