The airport is 50km away from the city center (Zhuhai Square). It takes about one hour to drive there from the airport.
Railway Stations
There are four train stations: Guangzhou Station, Guangzhou East Station, Guangzhou South Station and Guangzhou North Station. The first three are frequently used to connect with other cities.
Guangzhou Railway Station:
As the largest train station of the city, it is the originating and terminating station for intercity trains between Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and also the Z/K trains between Guangzhou and Beijing.
The intercity trains between Guangzhou and Shenzhen run every half hour from 06:00 to 23:00, and the journey takes about one hour and 20 minutes. It is the most convenient mode of transportation between the two cities.

East Railway Station:
This is mainly responsible for the Guangzhou-Kowloon Railway. The train to Kowloon runs every hour from 08:00 to 21:31. It takes about 2 hours for each journey.
