Price
1. Free of charge for children under 120cm(3.9 feet), or younger than 6 years old.
2. Free of charge for seniors over 65 years old.
3. Admission tickets do not cover on-site programs such as Electric Car rides, Snow Drifting, and Zorb Ball activities. There may be other items not mentioned, subject to the policies issued by the site.
How to Book and Use
1. Once the ticket is issued, we will send you the confirmation email containing the QR code. You can enter the venue by presenting the QR code. If you book tickets together, one QR code will be valid for the entire group.
2. Travelers in one order should enter the site together.
3. The ticket is only valid for the selected visiting date.

Change & Cancellation
1. Free cancellation if sending the request by email 24 hours before the designated entry time.
2. After the ticket is issued, the service fee is non-refundable.
3. Partial cancellation is not accepted, tickets in one order have to be cancelled together.
4. If you would like to make change, please cancel and rebook.

How to get to Harbin Sun Island?
Take metro line 2 and get off at Sun Island (Tai Yang Dao) station, exit 2 or 3. Exit 2 is near to the tourist center, and Exit 3 is near to the iconic symbol of this site: Sun Stone.
