India attracts numerous tourists due to its rich tourism resources, stunning world cultural heritages and disparate lifestyles. There have been some negative incidents happened on this land which shocked the world, such as bus gang rape in 2012. In March 2023, a video on TikTok caught people's attention, in which a female travel blogger from Japan was brutally treated and sexually assaulted during India's Holi Festival. But this is not all about India. Most people here are warm and hospitable, they welcome oversea guests with big smiles. In addition, our driver and guide will accompany clients throughout the trip to ensure the best vacations. Join us, we promise you a memorable and pleasant journey!

We will start with the Raj Ghat, which is a black marble platform built in memory of the Father of India – Mahatma Gandhi. Next, have a photo stop at the 500-year-old Red Fort built by the Mughal Empire, and then we will proceed to the Old Delhi to visit the 17th-century Jama Masjid, which took six years to build and is one of the three most famous mosques in the world. Out of the mosque, we will be immediately in the heart of Old Delhi’s busiest shopping area, the Chandni Chowk.
★ Travel Different by Rickshaw:
We will specially arrange an interesting rickshaw ride for you to navigate the narrow alleys of the Chandni Chowk and get an insight into the local lifestyle. Day 3 Delhi to Agra: Agra Fort and Baby Taj, Mentab Bagh
After breakfast, we will travel to Agra in our comfortable private car with chauffeur. After a 3-hour drive, we will arrive at the hotel. Have a short break, and then our guide will take you to explore Agra, a city on the banks of the Yamuna River.
We’ll start with a visit to the famous World Heritage site of Agra Fort, a huge semicircular red sandstone complex that was once the seat of the 16th-century Mughal imperial city and represents the pinnacle of the Islamic architectural art in India. The guide will show you the well-designed buildings in the fort, like the Diwan-I-Am (Hall of Public Audience), Shah Jahani Mahal, Jahangir Palace and Moti Masjid. Next, we will head to the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, also known as the Baby Taj, to admire the 17th-century white marble mausoleum featuring the lattice screens and mosaic designs which inspired the design of the Taj Mahal. In the late afternoon, we will end today’s sightseeing at the Mentab Bagh, a quiet and elegant garden offering a nice view of the Taj Mahal across the Yamuna River.
Why Visit Itimad-Ud-Daulah?
This is the first building of the Mughal dynasty entirely made of marble, and also the first building to extensively utilize the skill of gemstone inlay, known as pietradura in the industry. This exquisite tomb was built for the Persian nobleman Mizra Ghiyas Beg, the father of the queen at that time. The design elements even inspired the construction of the Taj Mahal. Although it is not as famous as the Taj Mahal, it is more exquisite and well preserved. What's important is that it is less crowded, which allows tourists enjoying the magnificent building at an ease pace.

Two Debates on the Love Story of the Taj Mahal
A: It’s sweet love. As a king, Shah Jahan had many concubines, but he only loved Taj Mahal. Countless treasures were bestowed upon her, and she was granted the royal seal, representing the highest status in the court, which allowed her exercising supreme power like the king. After her death, the king would rather spend a significant amount of money that could even drag down the dynasty to build her mausoleum, and he has never fallen in love with other women. What else could it be if it was not love?
B: It is poignant love. Taj Mahal, who gave birth to 14 children in 17 years of marriage and also had to follow the king to fight. Who could withstand such an overdraft on the body? To love someone is to take care of her heart and body. In order that the craftsmen fully devoted themselves to the construction, the king killed the craftsmen's wife and it is said that the king also cut all craftsmen’s hand after completing the project. So, the Taj Mahal represents love, but more importantly, the death.
