As I know, there is a direct bus from DT Bus Station to Hanging Monastery in the early morning. This trip will take around 1 hour. After visiting the monastery, you may head for Huiyuan County Bus Station and take a shuttle bus to Yingxian County. You may ask the driver drop you off at the gate of the Fogong Temple. It will take 1.5-2 hours. Then you may visit the Sakyamuni pagoda inside the temple. Besides, most people will charter a car to visit these two attractions.

For your convenience, you are advised to take a train from Beijing Railway Station. The schedules are 00:18, 02:49, 15:33, 21:40 and 23:32. The trip takes nearly 7 hours. According to this, you can take the overnight train and tour around the scenic areas in the day time. After that, take a train back to Beijing. Have a nice trip!
