No, they themselves cannot cancel as it requires the proof of severing labor relation with the signature or cachet of enterprise and yours. And it's you that should submit the cancel application.
Note that if you must apply for the cancellation if you have departed your job, required by law.

East Nanjing Road Station Lift or Escalator
Would it be possible to bring big suitcases and go up from exit 1 at this metro station? Any lift/elevator or escalator at exit 1?

24 hr Transit Visa for Türkish passport holders
Hello,

I want to buy the HO1662 Manchester-Hong Kong flight on 29 November, but my flight is connecting to Pudong airport and the waiting time is 11 hours.

I would like to ask you; do I have to wait at the airport for 11 hours or can I go out and walk around? If I have to wait at the airport, I will not buy the ticket because it is too long. I live in England and I have a UK residence card, but I have a Turkish passport.

You can go out and walk around after getting the 24h visa free entry permit at the border counter.

Huangpu river cruise in shanghai
We are in Shanghai during golden week national holiday. We like to book our Huangpu river cruise online to avoid the huge crowds expected
1) do you know the different cruise options available ?
2) is there an official site to book cruise tickets online?
3) I can read mandarin and so a Chinese site is no problem

Visiting Shanghai Oct 5- 9
We are booked for a four days visit to Shanghai Oct 5-9, not knowing this is china’s golden week holiday. We cannot change the dates, too late.
1) Any advice for us to enjoy our visit despite the massive crowds out to enjoy the holidays ?
2) Best way to get from Pudong Airport to Radisson Blu New World Hôtel at People’s Square by metro
on Saturday Oct 5? Possible to use metro despite the crowds ?

The national holiday is from Oct. 1-7. You need to book the hotel as early as possible if the tour you booked does not provide the hotel service, the price will soar one month before the gold week.
You can take metro line 2 at the airport to People's Square, take exit 7 and you can see the hotel. Metro is the fast and cheapest way.
